Steak San Marco: SLOW COOK on high for 6 hours or low for 8-10 hours. Notes: I used chunks of round steak and real chopped garlic instead of garlic powder. I used tomato sauce instead of whole or chopped tomatoes. I used olive oil instead of cooking oil. It makes a really good gravy. I ate over steamed rice with some steamed spinach. My kids ate on a baked potato with cheese, butter, sour cream. It would be really great over mashed potatoes too.  This is really good, definitely a keeper. Laura Where has Steak San Marco been all my life? Super easy and really delicious. I’m definitely making this again. It felt comforting and rustic.
