Frank Hu on Instagram: "MATCHA STRAWBERRY Cookie Recipe 🍵🍓 Recipe: (Makes 8 4oz cookies): - 8 tbsp unsalted butter (room temp) - 100g brown sugar - 100g sugar - 2g salt - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp baking soda - 2 large eggs (cold) - 280g all purpose flour - 12g (2 tbsp) ceremonial matcha (my personal goto: @ippodoteausa see below for rec) - 200g white chocolate (lindt or valrhonna) - 20-24g freeze dried strawberries (+extra for garnish) 1. Cream the butter together with the sugar, brown sugar, and salt. Add eggs and mix. 2. Sift matcha into flour, baking powder, and baking soda. 3. Mix the dry ingredients into the rest of the batter till just combined (don’t overmix). 4. Add in the white chocolate and freeze dried strawberries. Form 4oz balls from the batter.
