Applying the 3rd vanishing point above or below your eye level depends on the angle you’re viewing your subject from.   2.) Dynamic Angles: This perspective shows dramatic views, like looking up at a tall building (worm’s eye view) or down from a high place (bird’s eye view).  3.) Converging Lines: Lines in the drawing converge towards the three vanishing points, making objects look more three-dimensional and dynamic. All of your vertical lines will converge towards the 3rd vanishing point.
