I decided I wanted a more grown up looking blanket - ya know, cause pink giraffe is very mature - so I figured I'd make a quick tute for those of you who want to make one of these awesome blankets but don't know how. They're incredibly easy, fairly fast to make, and make great gifts. Pick out two fleece fabrics. I always do a pattern on top and a solid on bottom, but you can do…

Elaina Zinke on Instagram: "Needed to make a few blankets for those cozy Christmas movie nights! 🎄🎅🏻 ✨General Instructions✨ 🎄You’ll need 1 1/2 - 2 yards of fabric (fleece anti-pill or blizzard works best) for both the top and bottom of your blanket. For a smaller children 1 1/2 yards is plenty. 2 yards is great for older kids on up! 🎄 Lay out both of your fabrics (top and bottom) and trim off raw edges. Doesn’t have to be perfect.
