Tirsamisu is my favourite dessert and I’m generally a lover of all this tiramisu, that’s what I HAD to check out @fredcoffeebakery in Holborn.

I tried their new summer tiramisu affogato which is very indulgent and but the mascarpone is sensational (makes a good dessert). The latte is honestly my favourite, not too heavy and the coffee, cocoa and mascarpone creates a silky and smooth consistency. An absolute winner and something I’d pick up more often.

I think they use @badiani1932 gelato which is my fave gelato in London! I need to try it with the fried baklava next time 👀.
