Vancouver State of Mind Rain. It's all what you make of it. Without rain our streets would be dirty and dusty. Our lush rain forests would be brown and more susceptible to fires. Our water reservoirs would dry up and we would be on restrictions. I for one embrace the rain and all it's glory and benefits. We're lucky to live here on the Wet Coast.
