These cupcakes are super moist and soft and fluffy! They’re stuffed Nutella, topped with Nutella buttercream and they’re so easy to make 🤤

All you need is: 

For the cake:
225g Margarine or unsalted butter (I use Stork), room temperature 
225g Caster Sugar
4 Large Eggs, lightly beaten, room temp
225g Self Raising Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract 
2 tbsp (30ml) Whole milk

Filling:
Approx 2 tsp Nutella per cupcake

Nutella buttercream:
150g Unsalted Butter, softened
100g Nutella
300g Icing sugar, sifted
2 tbsp (30ml) Whole milk

Makes 12 cupcakes

Bake 170C/(150C fan) 17-20 mins
