Crazy time is where we run, jump, laugh, tickle and be silly half an hour before bed. 

The reason for crazy time is-

🌿To let it all out. - get out all there energy so they are all nice and tired ready for sleep. 
🌿Get them laughing to release endorphins- Endorphins are the “happy hormone” which is proven to help children to sleep! 
🌿Spend quality time with your children.
🌿To end the day with some fun and laughs.
