blackberry sage cooler: 15 medium sage leaves 4 tbsp sugar 1 c water 8 oz blackberries Bring the water and sugar to a boil over high heat just until sugar dissolves. Crush sage leaves with back spoon, add to the syrup mixture & set aside to infuse for 15 min (then remove the herbs) Meanwhile puree the blackberries in blender, then strain through fine strainer.
