i can’t talk abt this with anyone else so i’m going to scream this into the ether. i’ve been struggling with my mental health for a bit now and it sucks. i can usually push through bad days, but when it spills into other stuff it sucks. for example, my anxiety affects me physically in ways i didn’t even realize it could. i stopped drinking alcohol and an excessive amount of caffeine this week all while taking my lexapro and i have never felt more energized nor have i had such a restful sleep. on top of that, my digestive system isn’t fucked anymore. i’m not diving deeper into that use your imagination LOL anyway i just wanted to say im really glad i gave lexapro another shot. this sounds like a fucking ad but i swear it’s not it’s just me really fuckin relieved which is a rare experience LOL
