Let me start by saying, I am a little bias to LOVING this program! The first Challenge Group that I joined was with this program. I got AMAZING results with it! Over three months (or rounds) I lost 35 pounds. I fell in love with how easy the meal plan was and how well it fit into my-oh so busy life.
