✨I’ve made this recipe extremely beginner friendly for those who want to dip their toes into making steamed rice rolls at home. This recipe does not require you to make your own batter from scratch! Instead, we’ll be using rice paper and steaming them to get similar results! I also threw in a bonus tip to save you some time chopping all your veggies by hand by using a pull chopper (I got mine off of Amazon)😉🙏

Bánh cuốn is one of my top favourite Vietnamese dishes! I could literally eat this everyday and never get sick of it! If you’re in the mood for something light and delicious, you gotta give this a try 😋
