WIth winter coming it’s time to get prepared for the cold and flu season. With a few simple herbal remedies you can get your family feeling better fast. A hot bath always feels good when you’re under the weather, so why not try a detox bath for colds and flus? It takes a good thing and makes it even better. This is one of my favorite herbal remedies.

i recently shared my detox bath for kids and everyone was asking for the adult version, so here you go:

YOU NEED

* 2 c epsom salt
* 1/4 c baking soda
* 1 c apple cider vinegar
* optional: 8 drops essential oil of choice (eucalyptus is a good one to try!)

WHAT TO DO

- start filling the tub with lukewarm water 
- add everything in + mix a bit until dissolved

soak for 20 minutes
make sure to hydrate afterwards

this bath can help:

- eliminate toxins
- reduce pain + inflammation
- with relaxation and sleep
- boost immunity
