What you need ✨
1. 2lbs Espinazo de puerco
2. 2lbs Trozo de pierna de puerco
3. 10 Chiles guajillos
4. 6 Chile anchos
5. Precooked hominy
6. 18 cloves of garlic
7. 1 onion
8. 2 bay leafs
9. 1 tsp cumin
10. 1 tsp whole black pepper
11. Chicken bouillon
12. Beef bouillon
13. Repollo (cabbage)
14. Radishes
15. Diced onions
16. Diced cilantro
17. Lemon

Steps ✨
1. Soak your pork meat for 30 minutes and rinse ever so often until your water is clear.
