Coming to @championfitapp June 3rd we have a cardio phase. Adding a burst of cardio with 5 exercises AMRAP using only one type of equipment. Making these workouts accessible from most locations! 

Take these 5 exercises and burn it out in an AMRAP for 25 minutes. Perform 10 or 10 each side. Grab a plate and get it done! 

⭐️ add a spring of some sort of cardio in between each exercise for the sweatiest push of your life!
