Gather an empty water bottle, baby oil (it needs to be baby oil so the sky will be clear), a funnel, blue food coloring, and mini-Styrofoam balls. Fill the bottle halfway with water and add in blue food coloring. This will be your “water.” Add in oil. Leave enough room at the top for the Styrofoam balls.
