Step-by-step recipe: •Take 1 cup rice and 1 /4 cup moong Dal& 1/4 cup tuvar dal. Rinse and soak in water. • pressure cook for 3 whistle Heat 3 tbsp ghee Add 1 tsp cumin seeds & 1 tsp ajwain and let them sizzle. • Add 2 tbsp chopped garlic and Fry for few seconds. • Add 2 chopped onions and 2 green chillies.
