Poised to become one of the largest full service production studios in Louisiana, this project spanned 20 acres and provided over 272,000 square feet of sound stage and production service space. Included in the concept was a 30,000 sf office with commissary and storage space, 4 sound stages ranging from 14,000 sf – 30,000 sf, and a rehabilitated grocery store transformed into a construction mill for set designs. Trilith Studios, a 700-acre full-service film studio south of Atlanta that is home to more than 50 production-related businesses, is working with Gensler on an expansion that will offer more than 220,000 square feet of innovative spaces for storytellers and technologists.

The search for movie viewing options continues and will continue, but so far the screenings in theaters have been consistently successful.
