Having strong arms is so much more than just looking great in a tank- we need arm strength for so many of our daily activities- think:
💪🏼lifting kids or heavy boxes (Amazon deliveries anyone? 🙃)
💪🏼pushing strollers or grocery carts 
💪🏼pulling furniture, luggage, etc

When lifting upper body, be sure to chose a weight that challenges you while allowing you to complete with excellent form- no using that lower back in there!  Brace your core 🔥 , squeeze your glutes 🍑 , and focus on the muscles you’re working 💪🏼!
