INGREDIENTS 
Dough:
3 cups flour
1/4 cup vegan butter
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of water or milk (adjust as needed to obtain a soft and smooth dough)

Filling:
1 block tofu
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1/2 cup Peas
3 tbsp Soy sauce
Seasoning
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp black pepper
-1 tbsp dry oregano
-1 tsp garlic powder
-3 tsp  ground cumin
-3 tsp paprika powder

METHOD
To a large bowl add flour, vegan butter salt and soy milk and combine until you have a smooth dough. Set aside and in the meantime, break down the tofu in a pan and add 2 tbsp oil and soy sauce. Once it turns brow and a little crispy, set aside. In a different pan, sauté onion and bell pepper. Add the tofu crumbles and combine. Add peas and the seasoning and set aside.
