▪️Spider Curls
▪️Hammer Curls

Alternative Exercises:
▪️Behind the Back Cable Curls
▪️Single Arm Preacher Curls
▪️Cross Body Curls

I recommend doing one of each variation for 2-3 sets for 8-12 reps! 

Why do we want an exercise behind the body…?

Because it grows the bicep peak‼️

By targeting the long head…

By putting it in a stretched position! 🔥

Why do we want an exercise in front of the body…?

Because it grows the inner portion of the bicep‼️

By targeting the short head…

By putting it in a shortened position! 💪🏼
