Ixora coccinea (Flame of the Woods) is a sub-tropical compact hedge or shrub with glossy, vivid green foliage. It is also known as jungle geranium for its deep orange-red blooms which are set in clusters. It is ideal for hedges, screens or mass planted for abundant colour during Spring and Summer. It likes full sun to part shade. It grows to 1m-2m high with a similar width.
