The world's most expensive shoes debuted in Dubai for $17 million this week. They're a pair of diamond-encrusted gold high heels.

A pair of shoes have been created with an eye-watering price tag of £217,800, and are encrusted with 54 carat white diamonds and 416.2 carat white sapphires.
