Peel & slice 2 Lotus stem 
Wash them well

1/2 tsp Ajwain 
1 tsp Red chili powder 
Salt to taste 
1/4 tsp Garam masala powder 
1/2 tsp Jeera powder 
Toss them well 
1 cup Hung curd 
1/2 tsp Red chili powder 
Salt to taste 
1/4 tsp Black salt 
1/2 tsp Jeera powder 
2 tbsp Green chutney 
2 tbsp Imli chutney 
Mix well

This is my own recipe for this easy, simple, healthy and delicious Kamal Kakdi Sabzi . It is a pressure cooker recipe in which the kamal kakdi is cooked in a semi onion and tomato gravy. It goes very well with chapati or paratha. Total preparation time taken is 40 minutes and serves 4-5 persons.
