She’s hearty, she’s sweet, she’s packed with protein and has a little bit of crunch. She’s everything you need to start your day off right 🤤 

Ingredients:
✨1/4 cup pancake mix of your choice 
✨1/4 cup liquid egg whites 
✨1/2 of a small banana 
✨mash bananas and mix all together 
✨microwave for 1:30 
✨add Greek (or coconut) yogurt, berries, granola, peanut/almond butter, maple/date syrup, WHATEVER YOU LIKE! 🫶🏼 
 
I have also added some additional unflavored protein powder to the banana mixture on heavy lifting days for extra, EXTRA protein. 💪🏼
