The Cooper test is a simple and effective way to test your running progress. Now it's even simpler with the ChiliTri cooper test calculator. Read all about the how to do the Copper test and use the calculator in the link. This test is great for runners and triathletes. If you do triathlons then you will be used to doing critical swim speed (CSS) and functional threshold power (FTP) tests which take 60 minutes or more. This running test is easier and quicker.

Check out those running stats 🏃🏻✨ Very stoked on my running progress. Did a few of my normal 5Ks, 7Ks and 10Ks this week and then today I pushed for a 15K! So stoked to have hit this milestone and ready to keep working towards a half marathon. I did wear a running vest this morning with some electrolyte water + a honey stinger waffle + some gummies, and that helped out a whole lot. And now I’ve got to work on lots of homework!
