Count to 5 and start working immediately as you finish counting. 

Our goal is to not let our brain process that we are starting on our work and studying.

Most of the time you are lazy to even start because your brain exaggerates the work, making it seem too tough and time consuming.

So don’t let your brain realize you are starting and start immediately after you finish counting.

•The 5 Minute method

You can use this after 5 second method, work for 5 minutes then stop!

Most of the time you will want to continue, but if you don’t, then stop.

Try again, in the same order, after 5 minutes. Repeat until you feel like working and focus better on your work.
