I challenge you to try a different approach…which might seem a little counterintuitive 😉 

➡️ Doing these shoulder blade glides and elbow squeezes communicates to those muscles that they need to just chill out, and then re-fires those muscles in all the right ways. 

Plus, when it do these moves consistently, it will strengthen your shoulder blade & posture muscles so they don’t get so stressed and overworked anymore.
