Squats get such a bad rap, but it’s one of the most fundamental moves you do all day long. 👉You squat to get in and out of chairs, you squat to get out of bed, you squat to sit on the toilet🚽… if you want to maintain your function for as long as possible, then working on your squats better be part of that equation.
