I look back at my cake and am slightly startled there for a moment-the cake actually looks like a wedding cake! Did I actually do that? :o I underestimated what a high I would feel when I saw the finished cake. I'm sure cake artists could pick it apart within seconds but I actually feel exhilarated that it worked! We all go away with a certificate and a very detailed outline of what we did knowing that if we were ever called upon to decorate a wedding cake, we could.
