I don’t have any real advice. Other than to just give hrt some time to do it’s thing and to at some point start finding other local tgirls to start hanging out with (if you don’t know any already).

I haven’t had an orchi, but it’s the one surgery I’ve like more seriously considered. It seems worth getting on a waiting list for! Especially if you’re living somewhere where the government will cover it!
