Top 100 Directors by Highest Average Ratings

This list takes the average rating of each director's feature-length films and averages them out to give an exact ranking of the highest-rated directors on Letterboxd. The minimum number of films to be eligible is 3 full-length films. This list will only count solo projects by the director, not collaborated projects.

This list does not include documentaries, comedy specials, tv-movies, short films, lost films, plays, or student films. 

I might have missed a few directors or added not-included films accidentally so please feel free to share feedback in the comments. Any help is appreciated!

This list was inspired by The Top 50 Directors by Average Rating on Letterboxd list that had not been updated in 5 years. I added my own spin to it and pushed it to 100.
