“El Sistema graduates” is a compound noun.
It is similar to “college graduates”.
Other examples:

house guests
fish tanks

I made all the examples plural by adding an s to the second word.

The compound noun is like one word.

For El Sistema graduates, you also can say “El Sistema’s graduates”. That is also correct! And it has the same meaning.

The other day I saw a hearing and speech impaired couple, and I couldn't avoid stopping a second to think about us. Think about it, in some way we are like them.
