A:
'trip' is very general: it could be: to the kitchen to grab a beer, to the store, to your office etc., OR it could be to Africa to spend six months on safari. To say 'we went on a camping trip' is perfect.
'journey' is more specific, it implies much longer in time and/or distance. A journey to Europe. a 'journey to the kitchen' would normally sound very strange but it could be used for example if you were sick and it took a lot of effort to get to the kitchen.

Q:
Qual é a diferença entre for example e for instance ?
A:
Instance is an example of something that happens generally and example is a way of helping someone understand something
Q:
Qual é a diferença entre for example e for instance ?
A:
has to do with the meaning of "instance"
an instance = an occurrence, a single point in time/process, a moment
"I know lots of fruits. For instance, apples, oranges...," sounds off because
apples, oranges, and mangoes are not "instances"
You might hear people use "for instance" and "for example" interchangeably in colloquial speech. Just like people say both "regardless" and "irregardless" to the point that "irregardless" is now officially a word.
In most cases, both of these phrases work, so it's alright.
A lot of bad shit have been happening. For example/instance, this morning the computer won't work.
Both are ok because here "for instance" is correct and you can replace it with "for example".
To put another way:
You can replace "for instance" with "for example".
But you can't always replace "for example" with "for instance".
I recommend checking out if there's a similar concept in Japanese for the word "instance" coz once the idea behind "instance"is clear then it's easier to understand when it's better to not use "for instance"

Q:
Qual é a diferença entre example e sample ?
A:
Both “example” and “sample” imply a part and also act like representatives of a whole. An example, by definition, is a noun that shows and mirrors other things. On the other hand, a sample is a small part of something much bigger. Unlike an example, a sample is random and not specific.
Q:
Qual é a diferença entre example e sample ?

A sample is a smaller part of something bigger, while example is an entire thing that is indicative of a group of things.
“Use this spoon to help yourself to a sample of the jam”
“Raspberry is an example of one of many types of jam we make here”

A:
It depends on what he wants to be called. Some people are always called "William", some are called "Will", "Bill", "Billy", or even something else. Some are called "Bill" by their family and "William" by everyone else, some are "Billy" to their friends and "Will" to their parents, and so on. It's not about any particular situation, it's about what the person wants to be called.

Q:
For example, after an official or a celebrity or a famous musician posted immoral or unethical contents on certain social media, many viewers are likely to attack them by sending hurtful replies or comments. Afterwards, although they may apologize for their behavior, their feelings may remain hurt by too harsh comments. In the worst case, they could regard such messages so seriously, which might lead to suicide.
Does my passage make sense grammatically and logically??😊😂
If not, could you please correct it??😉😭
Does my passage make sense grammatically and logically??😊😂
If not, could you please correct it??😉😭
A:
Overall it does make sense and sounds mostly natural! But I do have some suggestions:
1. after an official, celebrity, or famous musician
when we list things in English, we put them together like this
2. "posts" instead of "posted." we would use present tense here
3. immoral or unethical things on social media
"contents" isn't wrong, but it sounds a little odd. however, saying "things" makes it sound informal. If you want it to be more formal you could say "(...) musician posts something immoral or unethical (....)"
also, "certain" here sounds a little like it's about a specific social media.
4. "by the harsh comments" or "by the overly harsh comments"
"the" because we're talking about specific comments (the ones from the last sentence)
and we wouldn't use "too" here, but things like "overly" or "excessively" work! ("excessive" is less common than "overly", it sounds more academic)
5. "...messages so seriously that it might..." would be better I think.
using "so" as in "very" is very casual. Since the rest of the passage is more formal, it doesn't quite fit.
But really, these notes are small. The passage is good overall, and is very understandable. Good work! :)
