B E L L E A Z Z U R E on Instagram: "Save❗️ Cookie Dough Baked Oats This is so quick to make, high in Protein & under 350 calories 🙌🏼 I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had this for breakfast & lunch Recipe: 35g oats (I used porridge oats) Half banana 100ml almond milk (I use the 13cal Alpro ) (increase or decrease depending on consistency) 20g protein powder (I use Kinetica ) 3/4 tsp Baking Powder 1tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup (optional, I use sugar free Bulk maple syrup or Boyne valley ) Top with choice of chocolate (calories vary, I like to use 10g sugar free Blitz altogether, pop in an oven appropriate dish and bake for 10 - 12mins @180c in airfryer or 15-20 mins in oven. The longer you bake the cake-y-er the texture!!! If that’s even a word!! High protein, low calorie & ready in minutes! 

Oat Bake:
1 pack 100 calorie Better Oats or 30g quick oats 
45g pumpkin puree 
100g egg whites 
1/4 cup water 
17g vanilla protein powder- I used HAPI
1/2 tsp cinnamon 
1/2 tsp vanilla 
1/2 tsp baking powder 
1 tsp zero calorie sweetener 

Icing:
21g whipped cream cheese 
5g vanilla protein powder 
Splash of water 

Combine oats with dry ingredients then mix in water, pumpkin, and egg whites. Pour mixture into a microwave safe dish sprayed with cooking spray, then microwave for 3-4 minutes. Mine was done in 3:15. When it’s done, it’ll have a cake like texture. (Side note: keep an eye on it in microwave because depending on depth of your dish it might bake out of/over the dish)
