If the option is a 15 minute workout or no workout at all, I’ll ALWAYS opt in for the 15 minutes of movement.

This is a great full body workout that targets your legs, inner thighs, back, and arms.

If you only have 15 minutes- perform 3 Sets of 45 seconds each exercise 15 second rest. 

20 or more minutes? Perform 4 sets.
