Anum Sadiq on Instagram: "Easiest Rasmalai Butterscotch Bread Pudding Recipe that’s perfect for Eid Dawats :D Recipe Ingredients 500ml milk 5 tbsp Rasmalai Mix 3 tbsp sugar 8 slices of bread For Butterscotch 8tbsp sugar 3tbsp butter 50ml cream For top 100ml whipped cream Some chopped Pistachios for garnish Directions 1. Mix rasmalai in 500ml of boiling milk 2. Add sugar and let boil for 3-4 minutes 3. Cut the edges of the bread and make one layer in dish 4. Add the rasmalai pudding on top of it, stack another layer of bread and ensure the bread soaks in the pudding 5. For butterscotch, caramelise sugar, add butter and cream. Stir till it thickens 6.
