Exercises⬇️
1) Single-leg deadlift: love this exercises since it challenges you to utilize your stabilizer muscles & improves balance

2) Heels elevated squats: quad focused

3) Split squat: keep your core tight and avoid bending/reaching forward

4) Cable pull throughs: I use a v-handle instead of a rope to reduce friction between my legs

5) Pulse squats: 1 1/2 reps

6) Cable kickbacks: squeeze at the top to engage the upper glute
