Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 cups cottage cheese blended (340g)
2 tbl milk of choice (31g)
16 oz lean ground chicken (448g)
1/2 cup Yo Mama’s Buffalo sauce (110g)
1/2 pack of Ranch Spicy Seasoning mix (14g)
1 cup fat free cheddar cheese (110g)
1 cup fat free mozzarella cheese (110g)
2 Joseph’s lavash bread (64g)
Seasoning: salt, garlic/ onion powder 

Process:
Pre heat oven to 375°.
