This umami bomb is a secret weapon in my kitchen. My friends jokingly know it as natural MSG but it’s more akin to crack for foodies. Think soy sauce but WAY easier to make. It transforms fatty dishes with savoury depth and aroma, turns carbs like rice, pasta and potato extra creamy, and enhances lively acidic meals like tomato in a pinch.
