I am sure we all love our khichdi, and it’s a boon when we are running late to make ourselves a homemade meal. Khichdi always comes to our rescue, right? Of course, there are different ways to pair your khichdi to make it high-protein, and by that, I mean a meal should have at least 25-30 grams of protein per serving. But if you are running late and just want to put everything together in your cooker, this is one dish that will not fail you.

I also recommend pairing your khichdi with some yogurt to boost the protein to 30 grams (or if you have Amul buttermilk/lassi, that would be great too)
