Portland, OR Realtor | Vicki Gile on Instagram: "🧼✨ DIY 4-Ingredient Dishwasher Soap! 🏡💡 Who knew making your own dishwasher pods could be so easy and fun? Here’s the recipe we used:

🔹 1 cup baking soda
🔹 1 cup washing soda
🔹 1 cup kosher salt
🔹 ¾ cup lemon juice (next time we’ll use 1 cup to make them less crumbly!)

Mix it all together (dry ingredients first), watch the lemon juice bubble up—it’s like a mini science experiment for the kids 👏🏻, and pop it in ice cube trays and let set for at least 12 hours. Then put in a seal-tight container. We used 3 small trays and made 63 pods! They work great, smell fresh, and help make everyday chores a breeze.

We love sharing tips like this to make daily tasks easier, safer, and more effective! 🧽✨
