Stay tuned for my January vegetable inspired sketchbook ‼️‼️‼️ HOW TO : This tomato print was made with foam off cuts from the scrap store! 🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅 Half a dozen small circles cut out of foam, stuck on to a piece of card to form a lush cherry tomato vine. This is such a fun way to create multiple prints and each one slightly different in colour. ❤️🧡💛💚 Paint the foam using acrylic paint & ‘model’ each tomato using a variety of tomato hues with the addition of white for highlights & darker tones for shadows. I’ve finished the effect with one of my favourite techniques; a stick dipped in acrylic ink for the vine.
