Serves 4:
-400g of beef mince (less than 5% fat)
-240g of uncooked pasta (I like to use the shells for this)
-2 tbsp of pasta water 
-1 red pepper
-1 packet of taco seasoning
-200g of salsa
-30g of 0% non fat Greek yoghurt
-30g of light mozzarella 
-40g of cheddar
-40g of lightly salted tortilla chips (10g per portion)

Method:
1. Boil the pasta for 8-10 minutes i it’ll Al dente.
