These are SO SO GOOD 😍 Save the recipe: 2 cups Maida 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 4 tbsp Melted Butter 4 tbsp Curd Water - as required Coriander - to apply on top of the Kulcha Ghee/butter - to cook * In a bowl, mix together Maida, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. * Then add butter and mix till crumbly. * Add curd & water, knead into a smooth & soft dough. Let it rest for 1 hour. * After 1 hour, knead again & divide the dough into 6 roundels (pedas). * Sprinkle some flour, and roll out the Peda into a Kulcha.
