How to:  Wash & cut your pickles (if you want chips). I like to place my cut cukes in the fridge to get extra cold.   Cut up garlic and fresh dill. I like some heat in my pickles, so I add red pepper flakes.   Boil your jars to get sanitized, and keep hot in water till time to fill.   Make your favorite brine. Bring to a steady boil. Always use vinager, that's 5% acidity.   My favorite is 2 cups, vinager to 6 cups water, and 1/3 cup of salt. I use @redmondsrealsalt  Next boil lids & rings.
