Have you tried persimmons? 

1 cup whole rolled oats 
2 tbsp chia seeds 
1/2 tsp cinnamon 
1 tbsp maple syrup 
1 persimmon chopped and more for topping 
2 cups plant milk I used coconut milk 
Stir and store in the fridge overnight.
