Starting with upper body transitioning into lower body all on the same spring 🤌🏼 yes please!  We all know a 4 point upper body series… watch how we level up the series 3 times. Keeping the same body position but transitioning into a lower body focussed series that loads the quad & glute whilst working on balance & stability.  The beginning few upper body exercises aren’t so challenging for myself on the green spring, but if I was on a red spring, it would be too hard for me to complete the movement in the more advanced position.
