2 large eggs
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of white sugar
3/4 cups of melted and cooled salted butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cup of flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups of pumpkin purée

Icing:
8oz cream cheese
2-4 cups of powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup of softened butter
Pecans / walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately.
Slowly combine your dry ingredients into your wet
Add pumpkin purée and stir until combined
Pour into a greased loaf pan
Bake for 55-65 mins or until toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean
Remove and let completely cool
