This is a skill I teach my clients as part of my weight loss program! Sometimes we (me) hate meal prepping but also don’t have enough time to cook… so I dedicate 1 Sunday every few months to bulk prep different recipes (burritos are a go to) and freeze them so I have ready made foods I can heat up in the microwave or air fryer. Sooo here’s the recipe:

Slim Sadie breakfast burritos

INGREDIENTS:
40 tortillas
53 whole eggs
2 large cartons egg whites
3 (8oz) bags fat free mozzarella
3 lbs turkey bacon
3 lbs turkey sausage
Salt and pepper to taste
